Nothing in our Services constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Any market data, charts, indicators, backtest results, algorithm performance data, or analytical output should not be relied upon as a basis for trading decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Alpha Software (Enigma)

Enigma is currently in an alpha testing phase. By using the Service during this period, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• The software is in active development — expect bugs, incomplete features, and potential data loss.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.
• There is no service level agreement (SLA) and no uptime guarantees during the alpha period.
• Alpha access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion.
• The current state of the software is not representative of final product quality or functionality.

Trade Execution (Enigma)

The Service may allow you to connect your own exchange API keys (e.g. Hyperliquid) and submit trade orders for both cryptocurrency and traditional market instruments. When you do so:

• You are trading on your own exchange account with your own funds. We do not hold, custody, or manage any funds.
• All trades — whether initiated manually or triggered automatically via webhooks, alerts, or strategy automation — are executed at your sole discretion and risk.
• We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, or financial institution. We provide a software interface for you to interact with third-party exchanges.
• We are not responsible for any trading losses, missed executions, partial fills, slippage, or any other trading outcome.

Traditional Market Instruments (HIP-3)

The Service may provide access to instruments that reference traditional financial assets (such as equities, stock indices, commodities, and forex pairs) via Hyperliquid's HIP-3 protocol or similar mechanisms. You must understand that:

• These are perpetual contracts or synthetic instruments traded on a decentralised exchange. They are not securities, shares, or regulated financial products.
• You do not own the underlying asset. Holding a stock perpetual (e.g. AAPL-perp) does not make you a shareholder of Apple Inc. You have no voting rights, no dividend entitlements, and no claim on the company's assets.
• Prices of these instruments may diverge from the actual market price of the underlying asset due to funding rates, liquidity conditions, oracle delays, or exchange-specific factors.
• Traditional market instruments traded via decentralised protocols may be subject to different regulatory treatment than those traded on regulated exchanges. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether trading these instruments is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• These instruments carry all the risks of cryptocurrency perpetual trading (leverage, liquidation, volatility) in addition to risks specific to the underlying asset class.

Automated Trading & Webhooks (Enigma)

The Service may allow you to configure alerts, webhooks, and automated strategies that can trigger trade execution without manual confirmation. Automated trading carries significant additional risk. You are solely responsible for:

• Configuring, testing, and monitoring all automated trading rules.
• Understanding the potential consequences of your automation settings, including during periods of high volatility or exchange outages.
• Ensuring your automation settings comply with applicable laws and exchange terms of service.

We do not guarantee that automated orders will execute correctly, on time, or at all. System errors, network failures, exchange downtime, or software bugs may prevent or alter order execution.

Automated Trading Algorithms (AstraBit)

Automated trading algorithms provided via AstraBit are managed and executed on AstraBit's platform. You acknowledge that:

• Algorithm performance data is historical and does not guarantee future results.
• Automated algorithms do not eliminate the risk of loss. You can lose all or more than your invested capital.
• We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or operation of AstraBit's platform or the algorithms executed thereon.
• Subscribing to an algorithm is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Genesis Engine (TradingView)

The Genesis Engine is a toolkit for self-directed traders on TradingView. You acknowledge that:

• The Genesis Engine does not provide trading signals, recommendations, or financial advice.
• Any strategies you build, test, or automate using the Genesis Engine are entirely your own. You are solely responsible for their configuration and outcomes.
• Backtest results produced by the Genesis Engine are hypothetical and subject to the same limitations described below.
• We are not responsible for any failures, errors, or disruptions originating from TradingView or any other third-party platform.

Market Data Accuracy

Market data displayed across our Services is sourced from third-party exchanges and data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any market data. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should verify any data independently before relying on it for any purpose.

Hypothetical Results

Backtesting and strategy simulation results are entirely hypothetical. They are based on historical data and do not account for all market conditions, slippage, liquidity, fees, or other factors that affect real trading. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and should not be relied upon as indicators of future performance.

Liquidation Heatmap (Experimental)

The Liquidation Heatmap is an experimental feature that provides a visual representation of estimated liquidation levels across multiple exchanges. You must understand the following:

• Estimated, not exact. Liquidation levels are derived from publicly available market data using statistical modelling. They are approximations and do not represent confirmed positions held by any individual or entity.
• Not a trading signal. The heatmap is an informational visualisation tool only. Bright areas on the heatmap do not guarantee that price will move towards or away from those levels. You should never use the heatmap as a sole basis for entering or exiting trades.
• Data limitations. The heatmap aggregates data from multiple third-party exchanges. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to exchange API limitations, network latency, or processing delays. Not all exchanges or trading pairs are covered.
• Rendering is approximate. The visual intensity, colour gradients, and bucket boundaries are the result of normalisation and filtering algorithms that involve trade-offs between clarity and completeness. Some significant levels may not be displayed, and some displayed levels may be less significant than they appear.
• No predictive value. The heatmap reflects a snapshot of estimated current open interest at various leverage tiers. Market conditions change rapidly. Positions can be opened, closed, or adjusted at any time, rendering the displayed data outdated within minutes.
• Use at your own risk. As an experimental feature, the heatmap may contain bugs, produce misleading visualisations, or become temporarily unavailable. We make no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.

Risk Warning

Trading cryptocurrency and traditional market instruments via perpetual contracts involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. The volatile nature of these markets means that you can lose a significant portion or all of your investment. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely. The high degree of leverage available can work against you as well as for you. Perpetual contracts on traditional assets carry additional risks including oracle failure, funding rate volatility, and potential regulatory changes affecting the availability of these instruments. Using the trade execution features of our Services does not reduce these risks in any way — you bear full responsibility for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

Third-Party Services & Data Sources

Our Services integrate with and rely on multiple third-party services, exchanges, and data providers (including TradingView, Hyperliquid, AstraBit, LaunchPass, and others). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, reliability, or performance of any third-party service or data. The availability of third-party services and data may change without notice. We are not responsible for any failures, outages, or errors originating from third-party services, including but not limited to TradingView, AstraBit, your chosen cryptocurrency exchange, or your internet service provider.

Regulatory Status

Aetherium Solutions Ltd (trading as Trader Origin) is a technology company, not a financial services firm. We are not authorised or regulated by the FCA (UK), SEC or CFTC or FINRA (US), any EU/EEA national regulator under MiFID II, ASIC (Australia), or any other financial regulatory authority worldwide. Jurisdiction

The availability of cryptocurrency and traditional market trading services varies by jurisdiction. Synthetic or perpetual contract instruments referencing traditional assets (stocks, indices, commodities) may be subject to securities laws, derivatives regulations, or other restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services (including any trade execution features) is lawful where you reside. We make no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the performance, availability, or suitability of the Services. The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
